The elements of an action for conversion are: (1) the plaintiff owned, possessed, or had the right to immediate possession of property, (2) the property was personal property, (3) the defendant wrongfully exercised dominion or control over the property, and (4) the plaintiff suffered injury. Lawyers Title Co. v. J.G. Cooper Dev., Inc., 424 S.W.3d 713,718 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2014, pet. denied).
